THEME : two time realms connected through multiple time portals - you need to think in time to solve it's mind-bending puzzles

You can find a riddle that explains the solution to it in the future time realm (blue-ish walls hidden in a side hallway. The riddle is talking about a thing called Caesar cipher - find it on the internet. You can then easily solve it yourself.
